To insure the quality of service provided at the 2013 Virginia Cup, FC Richmond and the Virginia Legacy have appointed Anthony Travel as our new official Hospitality Service of the tournament. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Anthony Travel to insure their place in the 2013 Virginia Cup. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

Local Richmond teams or teams “commuting” to Richmond for the weekend do not have to stay in hotels but must contact either Anthony Sports or the tournament director indicating their intentions to do so.

By using Anthony Travel as our booking service the Virginia Cup can offer our "Act of God" Clause.  Should the event be canceled for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, all reservations covered under our "Act of God" will be released at no charge: (1) If event is cancelled prior to 6:00 PM day of check-in, no penalty will be assessed; (2) If event is cancelled AFTER 6:00 PM day of check-in, all reservations are subject to a fee of one night's room rate plus tax.
